Immediate opportunity to join our team supporting multiple Cybersecurity projects within their growing PMO. We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Operations Project Manager to join our leadership team who is based in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or France.
This is a long-term contract position with competitive compensation that is remote with occasional traveling to our sites in the UK. You can expect very competitive pay.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Operations Project Manager to lead the implementation of IT Operations across ITSM, Active Directory, and Help Desk functions utilizing ServiceNow ITSM. You will be responsible for creating and managing a project roadmap, resources, budget and the custom implementation of this product. Demonstrated experience managing a global ServiceNow instance as a IT Operations Project Manager is required. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience is required. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a large enterprise transformation initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience Leading ServiceNow ITSM IT Operations Implementations
- 10+ years of Progressive IT Project Leadership Experience
- Experience managing EMEA strategy: End User Computing, Devices End Point management
- Experience managing distributed teams and delivering to C-level Executives
- Project Management Professional (PMP), CCSP-ISSMP, CSSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL Certification a plus
