WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a IT Business Analyst to support our IT team with their internal applications in Santa Clara, CA. We are in a hybrid system environment and are growing quickly. 3+ years of working experience supporting O365 and Slack is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills delivering business documentation and gathering new business requirements is required. Previous experience supporting Wrike and FreshWorks is a plus. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major name in entertainment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of Experience as an IT Business Analyst required
- Experience supporting O365 and Slack applications
- Strong communication skills: gathering requirements and delivering business documentation
- Previous work experience in an Agile environment
- Working experience with Wrike and FreshWorks a plus
