This is a contract position that will require being onsite at our facility in Summerville, SC. You can expect very competitive pay.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are bringing a talented Mechanical Rigging Engineer onto our team and working with an Aerospace & Defense Organization in the Summerville, SC area. You will be responsible for the developing, documenting, and overseeing detailed lift and rigging plans for heavy industrial components within the turbomachinery operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in rigging engineering and developing detailed lift/rigging plans for heavy industrial components
- Ability to design drawings with load calculations, sling tensions, center of gravity, and capacity factors
- Familiarity with defense/nuclear industry safety standards preferred
- Strong track record of on-time delivery and budget adherence
