We are hiring recruiters at the associate, senior, and lead levels. Your level will be determined based on your experience, with a clear path for growth and career development outlined in collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and mentor members of the recruiting team, and lead by example through hands-on recruiting activities.
  • Interview, negotiate with, and deploy technical consultants onto projects.
  • Draft, revise, and submit proposals of candidates to our clients.
  • Direct recruiting efforts through strategic initiatives and active collaboration with adjacent teams.
  • Lead hands-on client correspondence to drive forward executive decision-making and ensure consultants get deployed.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPI) for members of the recruiting team and drive the adherence to these processes.

Job Requirements

This role would be ideal for an experienced Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Lead, or Account Manager with 4-7 years of professional recruiting in the technical staffing industry.

  • 4-7 years of professional experience in recruiting or account management in the technical staffing industry
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Comfortable cold calling candidates
  • Hands-on leadership/mentorship experience: training, coaching, and mentoring other recruiting professionals
  • Capability to bring drive and determination to a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and commitment beyond standard business hours — we value those who embrace challenges and go above and beyond
  • Ability to approach obstacles with optimism and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Problem-solving and team-building skills are required
  • EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills absolutely required for this role

Additional Information

Please note: this is not an HR or Corporate Recruiter role. We will only consider candidates with an agency recruiting background. Thank you for your understanding!

This will start as an on-site role based out of our office and can move to a hybrid schedule once you’ve placed your first candidate. However, as new recruiters join the organization, you will be responsible for coming onsite during their training period. Once your team is performing, you can move to a hybrid model, which includes two (2) remote days/week. We are located across the street from Oak Street Beach in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. In addition to a beautiful work environment, we offer full benefits, vacation time, paid holidays, and on-site gym membership. We do not offer a relocation package at this time. Applicants must reside within commuting distance of our office.

Compensation Package: 

We are hiring recruiters at various levels, with an annual base salary range of $50,000 – $80,000 plus uncapped commissions. Based on past commission information, the commission ranges from $15,000-$50,000/year. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and how the candidate scores during each step of the interview process. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
