WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems / Mechanical Engineer to join our team, specializing in the development and integration of highly complex, centralized processing systems for autonomous driving platforms. As part of the team, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing the infrastructure that powers the autonomous driving platform and supports a wide range of vehicles. This position is based in Mountain View, CA (Open to remote with occasional travel).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience working in the autonomous driving systems (ADS) industry or other safety-critical engineering environments such as robotics, aerospace & defense, or medical robotics.
  • Hands-on experience with wiring design and integration for complex systems, particularly in autonomous vehicles or similar high-performance environments.
  • Familiarity with thermal management and power distribution systems for high-performance computing platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-performance processing systems (GPUs, TPUs, FPGAs, or custom ASICs) and how they integrate into vehicle-based computing platforms.
  • Experience with sensor integration, specifically cameras and LiDAR, and understanding of their role within an autonomous driving platform
