Who You Are
You are a disciplined Manager / Lead recruiter in a high-performance staffing environment.
This role is part of a Full-Desk rotational program, focused on giving you the knowledge needed to grow into a fully versed team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and mentor members of the recruiting team, and lead by example through hands-on recruiting activities.
- Own the full staffing cycle, including sales and business development, recruiting candidates, and closing placements.
- Interview, negotiate with, and deploy technical consultants onto projects.
- Draft, revise, and submit proposals of candidates to our clients.
- Direct recruiting efforts through strategic initiatives and active collaboration with adjacent teams.
- Lead hands-on client correspondence to drive forward executive decision-making and ensure consultants get deployed.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPI) for members of the recruiting team and drive the adherence to these processes.
- Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
This role would be ideal for a manager or experienced lead Recruiter with 6-10 years of professional recruiting experience in the technical staffing industry.

This will start as an on-site role based out of our office and can move to a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model includes two (1-2) remote days/week once you’ve had placements.
We are located across the street from Oak Street Beach in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago.
Compensation Package: On target earnings are in the: $75,000 – $150,000 range (depending on experience). Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and how the candidate scores during each step of the interview process. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
