This role would be ideal for someone with 1-3 years of professional experience. We are looking for sharp individuals who are tech-savvy, collaborative, and eager to build up our internal teams. EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.
Compensation Package:
- Benefits: 4 weeks of time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, monthly phone stipend, and free in-building gym
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite until your first placement, then transition to 3 days in-office / 2 days work-from-home
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and conduct interviews for candidates while managing the recruiting process and strategy for a variety of internal roles.
- Create, revise, and manage internal job postings while processing all applications for them
- Support general Internal hiring activities, including: offer letters, background checks, benefit administration, and other general HR activities.
Additional Information:
This will start as an on-site role based out of our office and can eventually move to a hybrid schedule of 2 remote days per week. OTE $60,000 – $85,000
