Experience in an agency recruiting or staffing environment is required.
This role would be ideal for someone with 3-8 years of recruiting or staffing experience. We are looking for sharp individuals who are tech-savvy, collaborative, and eager to build up our internal teams. EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.
Compensation Package:
- Benefits: 4 weeks of time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, monthly phone stipend
- OTE: $60,000 – $100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and conduct interviews for candidates while managing the recruiting process and strategy for a variety of internal roles.
- Create, revise, and manage internal job postings while processing all applications for them
- Support general Internal hiring activities, including: offer letters, background checks, benefit administration, and other general HR activities.
