You enjoy owning the full business development lifecycle—from identifying prospects and opening doors to developing relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You are energized by building something from the ground up and are comfortable engaging with engineering, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development efforts across aerospace, defense, engineering, and technology markets by identifying, prospecting, and securing new client partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings through contract negotiation, closing, and account growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to align client needs with technical talent solutions while maintaining a robust pipeline and achieving revenue targets.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development, account management, technical sales, or staffing sales experience.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and growing client relationships.
  • Experience selling professional services, engineering services, technical staffing, consulting solutions, or technology-based offerings is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience cold-calling, negotiating contracts, rates, and service agreements.

Compensation & Growth

This position offers a highly competitive compensation package consisting of base salary plus uncapped commission. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through business development success and account growth.
