This is a long-term contract position at our Lynchburg, VA facility with competitive pay.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Windows Software Engineer to support development of applications that are a part of a dispatch communications system utilizing C#, .NET, WPF. You would deliver optimizations and support a cross-functional initiative working to define, design and deliver new features. Experience with ClearCase version control and exposure to projects involving networking, Windows and embedded development is strongly preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team to optimize a system that is on-market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with C#, .NET, and WPF is required
  • Proven experience authoring plans and delivering new features is required
  • Expertise with ClearCase version control is strongly preferred
  • Exposure to networking protocols and systems is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience working with dispatch communications (LAN, mobile, radio) is a plus
