Immediate opportunity to join our microbiology team developing a class II diagnostic system.
This is a long-term contract position that will be on a hybrid schedule at our site in West Sacramento, CA. You can expect competitive compensation.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are bringing a talented Systems Engineer to join our team focusing on the integration of software and hardware components. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of automations and new workflows in our diagnostic device. At least 5 years of Systems Integration experience is required. Expertise delivering integrations between software and hardware components in compliance with FHIR, HL7 and DICOM standards is strongly preferred. Prior working experience with a Laboratory Information System (LIMS/LIS) or Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing development team.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Experience working with Medical, Life Science, or Healthcare Systems
- Hands-on Experience integrating Software and Hardware components
- Working experience with FHIR, HL7 and DICOM standards is strongly preferred
- Integration experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS/LIMS) or ELN a plus
- Experience designing and implementing middleware for embedded systems a plus
