Immediate opportunity to join our team to support the development and optimization of workflow for the Lab Vantage LIMS system. We are currently engaged with several other large projects on-site.
This is a long-term contracting position that is fully remote and offers competitive compensation.

We are bringing a talented Software Quality Engineer onto our team and are working with a leading biotechnology organization. You will be responsible for completing end-to-end verification of software systems and services using both manual and automated test strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience developing Java test automation using TestNG, Junit, REST API, or similar frameworks is required.
- Hands on experience and basic knowledge of bioinformatics algorithms such as Alignment, Demultiplexing, and Variant Calling as well as experience with FASTQ, BAM, and VCF Files is needed.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phases.
- Strong working knowledge of Java.
- Experience using LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) or previous experience with LIMS is preferred.
