WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an experienced RF/Millimeter-Wave Design Engineer to join our North Reading, MA team as a senior-level individual contributor. This person will work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to design, develop, and optimize advanced RF and microwave circuits and subsystems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in millimeter-wave technologies, RF system architecture, and electromagnetic simulation tools.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience designing RF and millimeter-wave circuits and subsystems operating above 80 GHz.
- Strong background architecting RF and microwave systems for high-performance applications.
- Experience evaluating manufacturing processes, materials, and design tradeoffs to deliver reliable, producible solutions.
- • Proficiency with RF modeling and simulation tools including ADS, HFSS, and SystemVue.
- Ability to analyze, optimize, and validate RF system performance through simulation and testing.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
