OUR PROJECT
The Process Engineering Manager will lead and scale a high-performing team of process engineers responsible for process control, yield optimization, and process development across semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role is accountable for aligning engineering execution with business, quality, and environmental objectives while driving technical excellence and continuous improvement. As a senior technical leader, you will guide complex problem-solving efforts, partner cross-functionally with Operations, Equipment Engineering, Process Integration, Design, and Supply Chain serving as the primary technical representative for process engineering.
This is a 6-Month contract to hire position requiring full onsite presence in Sherman, TX.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing process engineering teams in a semiconductor wafer fab environment.
- Proficient in III-V semiconductors, with experience in Indium Phosphide (InP) process flows.
- Familiarity with metrology, yield optimization, and process control.
- Expertise in process engineering, unit processes, and data-driven problem solving.
