This is a Contract to Hire position that will require being onsite at our facility in Wood Dale, IL. You can expect competitive pay with healthcare available through ePeak.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support product development and maintenance for industrial machinery and equipment. This role will involve hands-on design, problem-solving, and collaboration across engineering and production teams to ensure high-quality, reliable products. You will contribute to full product lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and ongoing improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in product development or maintenance, particularly with small-to-medium electromechanical industrial equipment or similar products.
- Proficient in 3D/2D CAD tools such as SolidWorks or equivalent design software.
- Strong project management skills, including product change control, root cause analysis, and familiarity with the product development lifecycle.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are absolutely required for this role. You must be able to work LEGALLY in the United States as NO SPONSORSHIP will be provided. NO 3rd PARTIES.
