OUR PROJECT
The High-Speed Hardware Design Engineer will focus on a critical initiative to design and deliver high-speed signal delivery architectures that enable accurate, reliable testing of advanced semiconductor devices. You will work on building and optimizing the physical pathways—PCBs, cables, connectors, and interposers—that carry signals at 100+ Gbps with minimal loss or distortion.
This is a direct hire permanent position that will be require being onsite at the North Reading, MA facility. You can expect very competitive pay.

We are looking for a High-Speed Hardware Design Engineer to
join our team who thrives in high-performance hardware environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges at the intersection of electrical and mechanical design. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in high-speed signal integrity or hardware design and is comfortable working across simulation, design, and hands-on lab validation. You understand how to design and optimize signal paths in complex systems, approach problems with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset, and can effectively debug and improve system performance.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Senior level experience in high-speed hardware design/signal integrity engineering.
- Proven experience designing signal transmission paths (PCBs, connectors, cables, interposers).
- Understanding of signal integrity (transmission lines, impedance matching, EM behavior).
- Experience with lab validation & simulation tools (oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA/PNA, Ansy).
