This is a long-term contract position that will be onsite at the North Charleston, SC Facility. You can expect competitive pay.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Automation Controls Engineer to support the continued modernization and optimization of manufacturing production processes, with a primary focus on automation, followed by controls and electrical engineering. You will be responsible for leading the integration of automated systems, including material handling equipment, batching systems, and process monitoring tools. Additionally, this person will have electrical expertise and have experience designing, developing, and maintaining control logic using Allen Bradly PLCs and HMIs to support and improve automated production systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands on experience leading the integration of automated systems, included material handling equipment, batching systems, and process monitoring tools.
- Electrical expertise to support, diagnose, and improve systems operating at 3-phase and 480V.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining control logic using Allen-Bradly PLCs to support and improve automated production systems and experience configuring and maintaining HMIs, industrial sensors, and control interfaces.
