OUR PROJECT

Immediate opportunity to join our team with a financial services client. This project focuses on the implementation of Talent Cards and Career Hub within Workday Talent and Performance Management.

This is a contract position that will remain remote. You can expect very competitive pay.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Workday Talent and Performance Management Lead to implement Talent Card and Career Hub within Workday Talent and Performance Management. You will be responsible for the configuration, test, and deployment of these solutions and for delivering optimizations. Hands-on expertise implementing Workday Talent and Performance Management is required.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, highly visible Workday project.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Implementation experience with Workday Talent and Performance Management
  • Hands-on experience with Talent Cards and Career Hub in Workday
  • Experience developing BIRT or advanced reports is preferred
  • Workday Talent and Performance Management certification is preferred
