Immediate opportunity to join our team working with a global consulting firm leading numerous Workday projects.

This is a long-term contract position that will require a regular onsite presence at their location in Helsinki.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Lead to join our team and partner with a global consulting organization in the Helsinki area. In this role, you will lead the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) workstream for an ongoing implementation, ensuring successful delivery across functional and stakeholder groups. You will be responsible for Provide strategic guidance on Workday HCM configuration, best practices, and process design, as well as oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience leading at least one Workday HCM implementation.
  • Strong functional expertise across Workday HCM modules.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate in a global, multi-stakeholder environment. 
  • Willingness and ability to be onsite in Helsinki on an occasional basis.
  • Fluent in Finnish.
