OUR PROJECT

Immediate opportunity to join our team with a US insurance organization.  Our team is growing our team as we support setup for a new Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.

This is a long-term contract position that will remain remote.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Developer to manage heavy ticket resolution across the HCM suite in preparation for a new Oracle Cloud HCM acquisition program. You will be responsible for the build, test and deployment of new integrations and reports for Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Advanced Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Talent Management, and integration to Kronos timekeeping. Prior experience with legacy Oracle systems, Kronos, and SAP is preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a merger and acquisition program.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with BI Publisher and XML  
  • Experience with HCM Extracts and OTBI required
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS and SAP products preferred
  • Insurance or regulated industry experience a plus
