This is a long-term contract position that is fully remote and offers competitive pay.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Lawson Talent Management Lead to support enterprise data conversion and planning across the Lawson HCM suite. You will be responsible for supporting data conversion, reporting, and business process reviews. Expertise with Talent Management: Talent Acquisition, Performance, and Goal Management is required. This is an excellent opportunity to support a regional healthcare provider and ongoing projects across Infor Lawson HRIS.

- Functional implementation experience with Lawson HCM Talent Management
- Prior experience with Infor/Lawson HCM Talent Management
- Reports development experience with Crystal or Tableau
- Hands-on experience with 4GL/RPG is a plus
