OUR PROJECT

Immediate opportunity to join our team with a medical device manufacturing organization optimizing their Nellcor sensors.

This is a short-term contract position that will remain fully remote. You can expect very competitive pay.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Firmware Engineer to join our team in the upgrade of the Nellcor sensors microcontroller unit. You will be responsible for the configuration and integration of the firmware. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise building C/C++ firmware for embedded systems that interact with hardware. Experience with Automated Testing in an OEM is required. Proficiency with tools such as GitLab/GitHub, Polarion, Jira, or Perforce are highly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of expertise building C/C++ firmware
  • Experience integrating and testing firmware for embedded systems within a hardware platform
  • Automated Testing experience within an OEM required
  • Experience delivering experiments building upon rheological concepts
  • Proficiency with tools such as GitLab/GitHub, Polarion, Jira. Perforce or similar
  • Strong understanding of communication protocols and sensor interfaces
